Hello everyone!

I booked the seat reservations, receive the e-ticket in my in-box but a few days after that it disappeared in the reservation overview page. Is that normal? Do i have to something about it?

Hello Anna! I am sorry for the late reply. This was a known issue which has now been fixed. Please let me know if you still run into the same issue!
