The tool is great, however I often end up calling SNCF for a long journey to change my seats! I wonder if it would be possible to bring in a seat selection tool, or perhaps bring in the ability to communicate preferences such as single, aisle, or window, like many European railways have on their client-facing systems.
Are there any plans to introduce this in the future?
