This is saying that I need a bus from Bologna to Prato. Is this included in the interrail price, will I need to book (I’ve selected no reservation) and is it easy to find (is it at the station and goes straight to Prato station)

The first train isn't in the app though, so you'll have to add it manually. Note: the arrival time is the same.
Also, the normal fare is just €9.45 so if you have a flexipass and this is your only journey tomorrow, consider using your travel day for something else.
