I am trying to book a reservation for the TGV from Paris to Barcelona on the 15th (September). Now I’ve read about the issues with Spanish rail companies and having to book tickets locally, at the train station and I’ve been trying to perhaps book via SNFC or RENFE online, but how do i make sure I don’t end up paying the full price? Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm assuming these tickets are still covered by the Global Pass.
Could anybody help me out with possibilities to still book my ticket in advance? I’ve seen several numbers I'm able to call but, again, I'm not sure how to get the ‘discount’ of the Global Pass. This is my first time traveling by train and I would appreciate the help tons, thanks!

Here are the known ways to book the TGV/AVE France-Spain:
Interrail is valid, reservations costs €34 in 2nd, ¤48 in 1st class.
Since CFL have started to sell it, you could also try NSI, since they use the same back-end and NS wanted to start selling reservations/tickets to Spain again this year. There should not be any booking fee since NS don't sell this on their website.
