I have train from Bratislava ( 14h06) to Warsaw with one change in Breclav. I have only 6 mins for a change.
Do you know if the train to Poland(o thing from Vienna) will be waiting in Breclav if my train from Bratislav is delayed?

Depends on the amount of delay. If it is 5 mins delayed, usually it waits. If it is 20mins delayed, then it won’t wait (unless it is the last connection of the day).

Train BL->Br run nearly ev hour-if you are so worried, then take the earlier one. This is no rocket science.
Most likely the train you aim now comes from Bpest and due to recent reroute/landslide it may have to take still another route in HU=if still so, it may mean gross delay.
