Try St Polten or St Poelten.
All Railjets on the way from Munich/Salzburg to Vienna + all ICE´s from Nürnberg to Vienna stop usually in St.Pölten 
I recommend to use local railplanners like Scotty from Austrian rail or DB Navigator of German rail as the Railplanner is not reliable :/
