I’ve bought 2 Benelux pass. I cannot make a seat reservation from my home country to Amsterdam. It says “not available for some travellers”. What can I do ?

If you have a one country pass (BeNeLux count as one country here) then you can't travel in your country of residence.
I am not sure if it is accepted by Thalys to use the Benelux Pass for rides from Paris. Maybe this is the problem. Try also to ask directly at Thalys.
