Can't see reservation details on SNCF

Hi, I have made seats reservation on raileurope and received the tickets, but upon entering the reference number on SNCF site, they directed me to SNCF Voyageurs site, and told me that “Your ticket could not be imported. Please check the travel information provided.”

 

What can I do now to verify the tickets? Is my reservation valid?

Your reservations are definitely valid.

Onboard show both the Rail Planner app (QR code, your ticket) and the seat reservations' PDF.

It is not possible to add passholder reservations to the SNCF website, I just tried with an upcoming reservation I have and the Eurostar portion shows but the TGV doesn’t.

It is just one of SNCF’s oh so amusing quirks.

As @thibcabe says, the reservations are fully valid with your pass.
