Hi, I can’t see the train reservations in my account in reservation overiew. Is it normal?
Wondering the same thing??? I have all my emails and have been billed but need to change the date on a couple. I assume I have to cancel, refund, and repurchase, but can’t see any of them here.
Have you seen them in the account before?

This was indeed an issue on Eurails' side but happy to share that it has been resolved, so you should be able to access the reservation overview again seeing all of your reservations.
