I need your help to understand a situation, as I cannot contact the OBB support line.I bought tickets for December 5th for the train RJX267 Vienna-Budapest, which had a departure time of 7.40am. However, I noticed that the time had changed to departure at 6.40am.I already realized that the tickets remain valid for this train, or I can change them for free to the EC463 train.How can I make this exchange?Is it possible online or does it have to be through the OBB helpline?Thanks

As far as I know you don’t have to do anything. Simply board EC463 and show your original ticket.
(Of course buy new seat reservations separately if you’d like to.)
If you had reservations, then you can have them rebooked for free by the place where you booked them.
