Hi, I want to check reservation availability on train TGV 9580 Friday 22 July 1535h from Baden Baden to Marseille, but I can only do so with a valid pass.. My problem is that it is not an option to buy a pass if it is not any available spots to reserve on that train.. How can I check this before buying a pass?

Online only on the Interrail website. Alternatively also by calling SNCF, NS, NMBS/SNCB, DB, SBB.
The Interrail website doesn't show availability, neither in 1st, nor in 2nd class.
I was going to suggest to book it from Strasbourg but this train is fully booked, both from Baden-Baden and from Strasbourg, see the SNCF website.
