I would like to know how can I ask for compensation for train delays and cancellations on continuous pass. Where can I find the rules about this?

Regards,

Anusha

You have to read yourself and see. I don't know. I just give you the link.

A cancelled train usually will lead to delays-as you have to wait for next one-maybe 15 mins-maybe 3 hrs later. Due to EU rules ONLY from 1 hr delay there may be a tiny compensation-depends on type of pass and how long delay was. Do not expect a speedy reply.

If a cancellation leads to a delay of at last 1 hour, then you can request compensation.
