Different train times on rail planner app than on the website

Hi everyone,

In July i am traveling trough Europe. I want to make seat reservations for the trains i'm going to travel with. But the train times in de rail planner app isn't the same as on the website where i need to book the seat reservations. The time difference is only half an our. Is it a problem if the time isn't the same?

If the trainnumber match it´s no big issue
as backup you can add the trip manually with the details from the Reservation

The Railplanner is less uptodate as the Websites (especially as the Localwebsites) but therefor the Railplanner app works offline.
I recommend always to verify the times of the railplanner with a local railplanner or atleast the Apps of German Rail (DB Navigator) or Scotty (Austrian Rail)

Another good app is Muj Vlak from Ceske Drahy as this app can even work offline if you download within the App the timetable packages.

Thanks for your reply! Now we want to book the seat reservation but we can't get through. Does somebody know where i can find a phone number to call an employee from interrail?

Interrail offer no phone service. (Only online support)

Which reservations are you trying to book as we may can assist you.
