It has been over a month since I first contacted Eurail Customer Service for assistance with my inquiry. I’ve received two automated responses that someone would assist, but I haven’t received any follow-up in the past month.

I was mistakenly charged twice for my reservations and would like the second charge reversed. If someone would please contact me, I can provide the order number as well as additional details.

Hello Diana, we are sorry for the long time that it took us to resolve your inquiry. This has been flagged for our customer service team. Generally speaking, we are happy to refund if there was a double erroneous charge on our part. Please note that we cannot refund reservations that were double booked in error. 


Hello. I Bought 3 global passes and just noticed in my credit card that I have a double charge of the same amount, $1,074. 
I already sent my information with a bot, but haven’t received any information.
