No, you have to make the reservations yourself. Alternatively, you look for a travel agency that does it for you.
I have searched for US-based travel agencies that specialize in doing just that via a Eurailpass. Do you have any suggestions of reputable agencies to use?
I think ACP Rail in the US can do reservations. But I have no experience with them.
