I just made reservations for 2 Eurostar trains through Eurail. I received the confirmation email and it said to go the Eurostar website and enter the PNR codes to access my reservations there. When I do that it says that the PNR codes are not found. I’ve emailed both Eurostar and Eurail to find out why this could be. I understand that it is taking a long time to receive an answer. Has anyone had the same situation? Thanks!

Are your tickets not attached to the e mail as a pdf file for printing?
No. The email says specifically that there is a glitch with Eurostar ticketing and you have to follow the link to Eurostar and enter your PNR on their website to retrieve your tickets/reservations. I have since heard from Eurail and Eurostar and everything is working now.
