Hello,
I have a 7 day one country pass for France 2nd class and I started my travel today but the ICE in Germany was delayed and I missed my tgv.
All of the next tgvs were fully booked for pass holders. Since I need to be in Paris the next day I had to book a first class ticket, which was sadly very expensive.
I was wondering if there's any chance to get some money back?

View originalIn an ideal situation you should speak to staff onboard the delayed train to get a proof of delay or at the latest at the arrival station. They should give you there a new reservation free of charge on the next available train, whether in 1st or 2nd class.
