How far in advance are train schedules published?

Is there a standard rule of how long in advance train schedules are published? On October 24th I tried  to book Paris to Munich on December 27th and it says no schedules available. Can anyone advise me if there is a predetermined lead time say 60 days in advance?

French and German railways have already published this timetable but Eurail are slow to update their planner.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
