I’m traveling from UK to Germany have seat reservation for Eurostar and It will reach Bruxelles at 18.05 and the connecting train is at 18.25 others are fully booked. And I have only 1 day left in my Eurail pass.
Is it possible to catch the connecting train, if I miss it can I hop into Thalys without reservation?

All regular checks on Eurostar are done before boarding.
There can be spot checks for customs but normally there is open exit.
If on time you should make that connection.
There are no passport checks but there are sometimes customs spot checks.
