No trains at all over the border.
IF you do not want to fly, BUS only option.
Bg->Bp: whole line currently under complete rebuild. Short 1st section from Bgr now reopened. IF you insist on doing a short part over rails-this will mean you have to change 4 times, buy bustticket for in between and make detour: do it.
seat61.com is best for these pro-train trips, but read till end, as it has updates added for situation now.
Sensible people take a bus all the way without changes.
