My friend and I are currently traveling. I have planned all the train times and dates smoothly but now when I go to import it to her phone. The train times and dates do not show the correct ones and I am not able to find the same times. I already bought the seat reservations what can I do?

 

because of this she doesn’t have the QR code for the conductor to scan

Have you both downloaded the latest version of the app and of the Rail Planner?

Do you have IPhones or Android phones?

Have you added any trips manually?

  1. Do you both have the same problem or is it only your friend?
  2. What do you mean by "I go to import it to her phone”? What are the steps you take there?
  3. Can your friend still look for journeys in the planner and add them to her trip and then to her pass? Or is this what you mean in 2.?
  4. What do you mean by "I am not able to find the same times”? Could you give an example of a journey where this is the case? (But please both check for app updates first, like Anna said.)
