hi, we booked from geneva to milan on trentitalia. after purchasing the tickets, it said we have to print them at self service kiosks from ITALY ONLY? but if we are leaving from geneva, we cannot do this?

is it possible to just use the email with the PNR code to board the train in geneva?

if we truly have to print from italy, we will need to cancel

Did you book the ticket on trenitalia.com ? Then it must be a journey with a connection in Brig. The Geneva - Brig train is not operated by Trenitalia but by SBB so that might explain the need for a paper ticket. I’m not sure the email will be enough. Can you cancel without fees ?

However do you have a Eurail Pass ? It is not possible to book a seat reservation on trenitalia.com but there’s tickets.oebb.at instead. Then you should’ve booked the train between Domo and Milan on OBB as we had told you in the previous thread. Nothing needed between Geneva and Domo.

In your previous topics, you asked about booking a reservation with your Eurail pass for Geneva to Milan and you were advised to book on tickets.oebb.at. Booking pass reservations on trenitalia.com is not possible.
