GREEK ISLAND PASS (PAPER) + CHILD

I can’t seem to be able to reserve seats online for my child 10 yrs. I was issued an adult paper pass + child pass under the same paper pass cover (i.e. same pass cover number). 

When trying to book online for one of the ferry lines, there’s an error notice at the very end saying that "the document must be unique for every trip route". Does this mean that the child should have their own pass cover and number?

I managed to insert as an adult for the online system to give the free island pass rate, but in the end the system refuses to book for the child.
