A month ago, I bought 2nd class reservations on Italian trains through interrail site and I received 1st class reservations that i cannot use.
I emailed support back then and added a message to a pre-existing thread on the same problem. Since then I created a new topic on the problem and emailed support twice. I can see the issue in the knowledge base still open.
My issue has progressed from a problem to be fixed, to an urgent request, and then to a request for a refund.
After 1 month i have not had any reply from the interrail team.
what else can i do?
