Hi travel friends,

I’m planning to go travel to nice in a couple of days, and since i want to reserve the TGV, I need a pass holder number. Even though we contacted interrail quite a few times now, we did not get a response.

We also tried calling CSNF, but american express cards were only allowed.

Could someone help up getting our pass cover number ASAP? :)

Best,

Julia & Tom

There is noone in the community who can give you the pass cover number. Only Customer Support can do that.

I think that you can call  b-europe and make the reservation there. No need of Pass Cover Number.

The phone call is rather expensive.

It is no use contacting Interrail more than once. Spamming them will only create longer response time.

You can log into the request database to look at the status of your requests.

Use this link to come to the request database.

https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new

Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner.

Enter your email address and Click " Get a password".

If the system doesn't recognise your email address, then there is no request registered and you need to go back to the start screen and enter a request.

If you get a password, you can then log in and look at the status of your request.

For TGV reservations, you can also call NS (except for the TGV to Spain).
