Please Help!  On July 8, 2022, my daughter and I want to use our Eurail passes to go from Paris to Nice, France.  However, we cannot book on the Reservations site of Eurail.  We were directed to go to travel.b-europe.com, and we found trains available there, but in the booking process, it asks for our PASS COVER NUMBER, and we don’t have one because our passes are digital on our mobile.

How can I receive a Pass Cover Number for the two of us? Is there an alternative way to book a seat on these trains?

The best way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

To get your Pass Cover Number, if you still will need it, you need to contact Customer Support through this form and ask for the Pass Cover Number.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly.

Hi AnnaB, I phoned the SNCF office, and was able to talk to someone AND make a reservation, but they only accept payment using American Express Credit Card…..so now I am in a struggle to find a friend that has an AMEX card that I can borrow.

So this is not convenient…..
