Can I pick any bus even when with a normal ticket would be expensive? like a bus from Spain to Finland, is it covered without extra payments?

I only have to buy the Eurail and all my bus tickets will be "free" during the time that I bought Eurail, like 10 days?
Buses are not included in Eurail. It is a ticket for most but not all rail operators in Europe.
Many trains can be taken with no extra payment but others require additional reservations.
