Trying to get to Hendaye from paris at the beginning of september but the only train available seems to be the Inoui TGV… and I thought that they wouldn’t accept the eurail pass

Inoui TGV is just a normal TGV operated by SNCF. Your pass is valid.
In-OUI is the new fancy nam they use this yr for TGV-untill probably a new designer comes aong with yet another new design.
OUi-GO are the low cost TGV that do NOT accept passes
