I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased a train ticket from Zagreb Glavni Kol. to Villach HBF for €6.00. I received a payment confirmation email on July 30th. In that email, it was mentioned that my reservation for this train would be sent by mail. However, I have not received any email regarding my reservation yet.
Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my reservation? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
