I am having difficulty booking ferries on Anek Superfast online: it does not give a choice for Eurail Global pass on the booking form. I want to book a ferry overnight from Bari to Patras and then back again from Patras to Venice, with a dormitory which I’m entitled to with a first class global pass. I’ve emailed them with no response. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don’t want to turn up and not be able to get on the ferry!

What is your travel date?
I booked with them 2 years ago via e-mail (and then asked for a refund after COVID hit us all) and they normally reply the next business day. Although sometimes it took few days.
I want to go from Bari to Patras on April 29 and then Patras to Venice on 6th of May. I used the email suggested for them.
