In 10 days, my first Interrail is going to start. Unfortunately, I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it.
I will travel together with a friend and we bought our interral passes seperately from each other. Now we want te make a reservation from Bologna to Ancona, but the self-service tool shows a notification “error getting price”, what are we doing wrong ?
Did we not connect the passes right?

Hi Paul, in your account - in the trips & travellers section you can add your friend as a traveller. Did you do this already? Can you share a screenshot of the error?
