Hi, I’m going interrailing for the first time next week. One journey we are trying to find a way to book is Marseilles → Barcelona on August 10th, but we are struggling to do so because it seems like we can only book a paper ticket. We are leaving the country on Tuesday though and it says it will take 2 weeks to be delivered, which is obviously when we won’t be home. Can we just book a ticket when we arrive in Marseilles on July 6th, or will this be too late? Thanks.

Call SNCF ASAP to book, since available pass holder seats are limited. Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations will be sent via e-mail.
Alternatively, reservation-free journeys via Portbou are also possible.
