I reserved two tickets from Amsterdam to London but the confirmation email I received had to tickets attached to it.  Even when I checked my reservations page in my eurail account they were not there to be downloaded.  My trip is coming up very soon and customer service said they would reply within a week but I’m not sure they’ll be quick enough.  Is there any way to contact them that guarantees a quicker response?

If you've indicated when your journey is, then you've done all you could. They prioritise requests form urgency.
