Hi!

I booked my seats on four trains this week but only received two tickets in my mail. I need to get in contact with someone from interrail fast to receive my missing tickets because my travels start this sunday! So far I got no responses on e-mail or Facebook.

 

 

Hi,  regarding missing e-tickets, this is a known issue we are working on to solve, so no need to worry. I've flagged it and they will get back to you today :)  Cheers,

@Machteld van de Sande  Which trains did you reserve? As maybe few trains need a paperreservation. Means that you get them shipped by mail within 5-10days :
