Hi all;

I’ve just purchased a mobile pass to travel through France, but I’ve now run into a problem in that I apparently need a “Pass Cover Number” in order to book travel on the French train network, and my mobile pass doesn’t appear to have one of these?

Is there any way to obtain a Pass Cover Number for a mobile ticket? The trip sort of hinges on being able to make these French reservations and I’d prefer to not have to do it on the day of travel at the train station!

You can book by phone at SNCF (the French Railway). No need of Pass Cover Number.

To get your Pass Cover Number you need to contact Customer Support through this form and asked for it.
