I have paid for seat reservations on Eurostar for a specific date and time.
My train departed at 09:03 a.m. on April 15th
I have the Eurostar App that still shows this date and time.
But both the Eurail app and the Eurostar website timetables no longer show this train at all. They show a 9:30 a.m. train or an 8:30 a.m. train.
I have written to Eurostar support to find out what happened to my reservation, but in the meantime I'd like to know if this is a common occurrence and how do people get it solved.
