Hello. I paid for a seat reservation from Toulouse to Lyon and even though it appears in the website, it doesn’t appear on the rail planner app. Can someone help me?

The reservation does not appear in the app. App and website are two different things. On the app you have your Ticket = Interrail (you have to choose the train on the app and active it) and you show as PDF that you get via email the reservation.
