Hi! 

I want to make a few reservations but my paper pass has not arrived yet - is there any way I can get my number before that? 

I would like to make the reservations as soon as possible, but the website (blue start ferries) won’t let me go through without the activated pass cover number 

Really appreciate your help!!

You need to contact Customer Support through this form and ask for the Pass Cover Number.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know that you need the Pass Cover Number now to make the reservations. Also let them know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly
