Hi, this is my first interrail, now I'm in hamburg, i need to go to Schleswig but, i see and the app and web site told me, i don't need reservation, my answers is, "if i enter without reservation where i can seat?".

On any free seat 
on ICE's and IC's you have next to the seats small displays that Show between which stations the seats are reserved on some Trains its still done with paper :D
As the trains to Schleswig are regional train there are usually no reservable seats and you can just take any free seat :)
