Anyone knows why there aren't any available trains IN Greece (i'm not talking about trains from outside of Greece, i'm talking about local ones) in August and September (while they're available now in July)??

Hellenic Railways does not share its timetable with the rest of the world so it doesn't appear on Rail Planner. Check their website.
Timetables are published at short notice but expect pretty much the same trains to run as now.
