I have Eurail Global Pass and I am trying to book seats for Paris-Barcelona for 27th July 2022 in 1st Class for (1010-1654) but it says on the Eurail website that it will be a "Paper Ticket" which will be delivered to my address. I will not be able to receive the Paper Ticket in time due to travelling. 
The seats will be Sold by the time I reach Europe so booking at a local station is not an option. 
 

is there any other way to get the ticket like on Email? What to do? 

The best option is usually to call SNCF. Press #85 for English, no booking fee, reservation is sent via e-mail.
