We cannot book tickets anymore via the interrail website because all trains are full, so we want to book trains in France via B-Europe instead. They say they need a pass cover number in order to make the booking, but we do not have this number because we have a mobile pass. Is it possible to create this pass cover number for our mobile pass?

There are several ways to make reservations for French trains without pass cover number.
You can call b-europe and make the reservation. No need of Pass Cover Number.
The phone call is rather expensive.

Another way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number. SNCF does not accept all credit cards though.

Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail
For domestic French reservations, you can also call NS. Also no booking fees and they do accept VISA. Remember the country code (+31)
To get your Pass Cover Number, if you still will need it, you need to contact Customer Support through this form and ask for the Pass Cover Number.
