Hello,

I too am trying to book on b-europe.com but don’t have a pass cover number for my mobile eurail pass.

I understand that eurail is - like everyone else! - struggling with staffing issues and high demand.

But it’s been two days since I sent a message… I’m starting to get anxious that I won’t be able to reserve seats when it’s so tantalizingly close.

Could anyone monitoring the board could please give me advice?

What train do you want to make a reservation for?  There might be other ways to make the reservation.


If you want to book via the Eurail website, avoid doing that when it's evening in Europe. During the day and after midnight, there are usually no problems.
