My girlfriend an I tried to book our reservations today and found out that we need our pass-cover numbers in order to book them on b-europe.com. The only way I  found is that I am contacted by someone from eurail via private message. If that is true it would be great if someone would contact me so we can book our reservations as soon as possible.

You should be able to book by phone at SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail.


 

You need to contact Customer Support through this form and asked for the Pass Cover Number if you need it.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritize your request correctly.
