Hi there, can you please provide the pass cover number for us?
we are travelling today and yet the staff told us there is no available seat reservations from Paris to London, we found there are some seats available in the paper pass only website.
your help will be a huge help for us, thank you in advance. we can provide our digital pass numbers in private message.

I'm not sure where you saw any available seats but I can't find any for Paris to London today. So I'd say the staff were right. Eurostar fills up quickly on Fridays and Sundays, so trying to book on the day is very risky. The first available seats are tomorrow at 10:13 from Paris. If you want those, go to the ticket office now.
