Hi there,

Currently facing similar issues with many others. I am trying to book 2 seat reservations for 18 July Lyon Part-Dieu → Aix-en-Provence TGV (14:04 - 15:30) train via travel.b-europe since Eurail’s internal site states that the reservations are unavailable. However, I cannot proceed with the booking since I do not have a pass cover number since I am using a mobile pass.

I have already contacted customer support, but I understand that there are long wait times that may drag for weeks, so I am hoping someone can provide me the pass cover number! Will need it urgently to confirm accommodations and other travel plans. 

You should be able to book by phone at SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

@AnnaB Hi Anna, thanks for your response! Unfortunately I do not stay in Europe and thus I am unable to call SNCF to do the bookings via phone. Was hoping that there are other alternative options instead!
