Hello, my girlfriend and me are trying to make a reservation for a seat from London-Paris for her, throw Eurostar but they are asking for the pass cover number and we cant seem to find it!

Hi Hugo! I can give you one indeed. Can you please provide me with your ordernumber (starting with IN) via a private message?
Alternatively, if you're in France and have access to a ticket office, you can book it there.
Or you can call Belgian railways. No pass cover number needed and the reservation is sent as a PDF via email.
