Bonjour, 

Pourquoi certains trains sont indiqués comme non disponible avec le pass. 

Comment cela se passe t il alors , si l on se passe du site railplanner, qui ne fonctionne pas comme tout le monde le sait...,et que nous choisissons n importe quel train sur un site quelconque, tcheque, polonais, italien ou autre et que justement cette restriction ne soit pas signalée. 

Risquons nous une amende alors ?

Yes. As such there is indeed the tiny chance-varies an awful lot per country.

This is as EU/IR relies on data of other railways-who do not have to bother with what is valid on pass-or not-it is a hercules task to sift that out.

Tjhs also comes what the FRench themselves have these yellow vests for-to stride against all things that  are not state-like railways SNCF. As if communism still exist and only the sate -railway has the right to run trains. The pass dates from that time when that was normal.

But even FRance has some local railways out of pass; CP+Provence, some tiny lines in Brtetagne.
