Hello, i’ve had a problem just after the payment of my reservation.

What normaly happen after this ? A instant mail wich confirms with the billet ? something else ?

 

I’ve buy my global pass on 31/07 , and i planned to go on Sunday 07 .. it’s my second problem for reservation .. can some one help ?

 

 

Hi, for which leg or legs were you trying to make the reservation? You can try to make the reservation again, after clearing cookies/caching, using another browser and the incognito tab. If that does not work you can try another payment method.
