I’m trying to make a seat reservation from Valence (France) to Barcelona, but it doesn’t allow me, as it shows in the image below. Can anyone tell me what can I do? Should I go to any Spanish train station and buy it from there? Does the Interrail pass applies, or do I have to pay the whole ticket independently from the Interrail pass?

The reservation can be bought at the train in France from the Spanish ticket inspectors before the departure of the train, provided that the train isn't full.

Since you live in Spain the easiest option will be to get it at any RENFE ticket counter (10€).
You can also get it on the day as Anna said but if you can get it earlier I’d do it!
